Confirm whether the light ships assembled or in separate parts. Request the packing list, spare-part scope, assembly instructions and handling requirements.
Clarify the shipment data
Ask for carton dimensions, gross weight and the agreed shipping arrangement. Confirm any special handling and destination requirements with your logistics provider.
Agree on a receiving check
Plan to check model, quantity, finish and packing condition on receipt. Keep the order specification and the agreed reporting process available.
