Treat the photograph as a reference
Lighting, camera settings and displays can change the appearance of a finish. Request an actual finish sample or current photographs of the product variant.
Name the material clearly
Ask for the crystal or shade material and the body material. Confirm the finish, colour and any coating as separate details.
Record the agreed finish
Save the approved material or finish reference with your order. For repeat orders, refer back to the same specification and approval.
